The systems of ventilation and air-conditioning are an element of whole engineering structure in buildings and constructions. These systems provide clean air and comfort in household, administrative and industrial buildings. Air capacity is defined by various documents on standards. For the systems of ventilation and air-conditioning we produce air filters of various types and classes according to their air cleaning capacity. The said filters meet any requirements for air cleaning.

We deliver roll filter media which are regularly applied for setting into cells of filters for rough precleaning in systems of ventilation and air-conditioning and can be used for (exhaust) recirculation air cleaning in some aspects.

We produce panel filters for rough precleaning and efficient cleaning of supply air. We produce mesh filters of ФяВБ and ФяРБ types intended for coarse cleaning; panel filters of type PPF, goffered PGPF filters and minipleat panel filters of HFMF-F type

We produce pocket filters of PF type for coarse cleaning of G3 and G4 classes and fine pocket filters for efficient cleaning of F5-F9 classes as well. If the air flow volume is great at cleaning, then pocket filters of PF type can be installed in special filtering chambers of type FCPF for pocket filters, which are placed in the structure of a ventilating system for exhaust (recirculation) or supply air.

We produce a vast range of minipleated filters for efficient cleaning F6-F9 classes High Efficiency Particulate Air HEPA filters of H10-H14 classes and Ultra Low Panetration Air ULPA filters of U15-U16 classes. 2 versions of filters are produced according to their structure:

-with aluminum separators, where the adjacent pleats of the filter medium are interlaid with separators of aluminum foil;
-with minipleated filter packets, where the adjacent pleats of the filter medium are interlaid with special thin plastic threads.

Filters for systems of ventilation and air-conditioning systems is represented according to their cleaning efficiency and is defined by Eurostandarts EN779 and EN1822

We produce filter for rough cleaning for precleaning of supply air. This filter group is represented by filters of G2-G4 classes according to EN779. These filters are installed, as a rule, in the inlet and protective equipment for supply air from impurities. The mesh filters of ФяРБ and ФяВБ, panel PPF filters, goffered PGPF and pocket PF filters of G3-G4 classes belong to this group.

We produce high-efficient filters of F5-F9 classes according to EN779, HFMF-F, PF, CMPF, HFMF-H, which provide the required rate supply air cleaning in the promises of high comfort: five star hotels, office quarters of A category, medical institutions (except surgical and aseptical premises).
Sections of pocket FCPF and pleated FCCF filters may be used to provide the cleaning of a great air flow volume.

HEPA filters are intended for final air-cleaning in clean rooms of industry, in medical institutions, food, pharmacentical enterprises, microelectronics, etc. We produce HEPA filters of HEF type and high efficient HFMF-H filters. In clean rooms the filters are installed in special air distributing modules of ADM type and in FCCF filtering chambers if the cleaning air volume is great.

ULPA filters provide super high efficient cleaning in special clean rooms in microelectronic and etc.

We produce carbon and ion-exchange filters for supply air cleaning from gaseous vapour (molecular) contaminants as well as from odours in rooms of higher air comfort. We produce carbon IPF and ion-exchange pocket IPF filters. We produce sections of carbon filter of CF type and ion exchange IEF, CF, IEF-CF filters for high concentration of contaminants.

IPF filters may be installed in FCPF filtering chamber and carbon filters of CCF in FCCF filtering chambers if the air flow is great.

Various schemes of air cleaning are applied to raise the quality of air for rooms of various purposes. These schemes are realized through multi-step air clearing.
