We have developed and are producing a vast range of industrial air filters and dust collectors from the simplest cyclones, wet dust collectors, baghouse, cartridge and electric filters as well as aspiration (filter ventilation) units and filtering chambers for cleaning of air from fine dispersed aerosols. We produce also special filters for air cleaning from gases, vapours and odours.

Bag house filters of type BHF
Bag house filters of type BHF are intended for highly efficient clean of dusty air (gas) from dust in exhaust aspiration systems of various branches of industry: metallurgic, chemical, woodworking, building, etc.
Filters BHF of various modification are manufactured:
- for trapping non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive dusts with temperature of purified air up to 130°С;
- for trapping explosive dust;
for trapping dusts at cleaning of hot gases up to 260°С.

The cartridge filters with the pulsed purge (blowing) of type DCF
The cartridge filters with the pulsed purge (blowing) of type DCF are intended for the high efficient cleaning of air (gases) from all types of dusts (including finely dispersed solid aerosols) at their concentrations in the clear air more than 10 g/m3. It is recommend to install the preliminary step of air cleaning as the simplest dry dedusters before the filter, when the dust content is more than 10 g/m3.
Filters of type DCF are more efficient as compared to the baghouse filters and are able to catch finely dispersed aerosols, which are formed, for instance, in the process of plasma or laser sharpening, welding or other technological processes, connected with the formation of condensed aerosol.

Electric filters of type EF
Electric filters of type EF are intended for clearing air of aerosols of solid and liquid substances, including oil fog and welding smoke in systems of exhaust ventilation. In some cases cleaning air can be used for recirculation. Filters are operational and keep characteristics at temperature of air not lower than +5°C.
Maximum temperature of cleaning air should be 20ºC below ignition temperature of trapped liquid and should not exceed 80°C.
Maximum concentration of liquid aerosol in cleaning air should not exceed 300 mg/m3.
The ambience and cleaning air should not be explosive and contain aggressive gases and vapours. dy.

Ventilating wet dust eliminators of type WDE
Ventilating wet dust eliminators of type WDE (Roto –Clone) are intended for cleaning of air, removed by exhaust ventilating systems, from all kinds of dust, including explosive and inflammable, polymeric, fibrous, etc. It is not recommended to use wet de-dusters in cases when the caught dust is able to cast and crystallise in water, forming strong sediments. At initial dust concentration greater than 10 g/m3 it is recommended to use wet de-dusters as the second step after simple dry de-dusters.

ARF Roll filter is intended for cleaning recirculation air from fibrous dust in systems of ventilation (air conditioning) at textile or in similar conditions. Filters can be mounted in apertures of filtering chambers.

The unit is intended at soldering, point welding and other technological processes. The cyclones of type CC-15
The cyclones of type CC-15 can not be used in explosive environments; it is not recommended to use them for catching highly agglutinating dusts, especially with small diameters of cyclones.
Depending on air flow and conditions of application cyclones can be single (internal diameter from 200 to 2000 mm) or group - of two, four, six and eight cyclones with identical internal diameter (from 300 to 900 mm). Group cyclones can be manufactured with the "left" and "right" rotation of a gas stream, single - only with the "right" rotation.

In the section there are pocket filters of type PF with the size of entrance 500X500 mm or 592X592 mm of class from G3 to F9 and length of pockets up to 600 mm.

Filtering chamber of folded filter of type FCCF
The filtering chamber of folded filter of type FCCF is intended for installation and hermetic sealing of filters of type HEF (CPF, CCF, CMPF, HFMF-H) with dimensions 592x592x292(300) in systems of general ventilation and in air conditioning of household, administrative and industrial buildings. The filtering chamber is placed in the structure of a ventilating system and is its part.
Filters HEF are manufactured in classes F6 and above and in some cases require installation of filters of lower efficiency before them.
In this case, the filtering chamber of pocket filters of type FCPF (see the catalogue of "NPP "Folter") with prefilters PF of required class and pocket length of up to 600 mm can be set up before filtering chamber FCCF.
By request filtering chamber FCCF can be supplied with elements for installation and hermetic sealing of pocket filters PF with pocket depth of no more than 250 mm.

Filtering elements of cartridge type CFE
Filtering elements of cartridge type CFE are intended for equipping cartridge (selfcleaning) filters, which are to be use in different branches of industry for cleaning of the aspiration air from different types of dusts.
The filtering elements of cartridge might also to be used in the systems of air prepared for gas turbine and compressed air installations. The filtering elements of these filters work in the modes of regeneration (selfcleaning), which is realized through the pulsed purge (blowing) by compressed air.
CFE can be made of various filter materials on the base of cellulose, synthetic fibers (polyether, polypropylene) and mix of cellulose and synthetic fibers as well.
Filter materials obtain high efficiency of cleaning and might be chosen according to requirements of the consumers.
The efficiency of standard CFE filters for most types of dusts is normally not less than 99.9%. For capturing of finely dispersed aerosols (plasma, laser sharpening of metals, etc) the high efficient synthetic medium with the efficiency of cleaning not less than 99.9% according to particles having size of 0,5-1,0 mkm can be used.
