The main branches where clean rooms are necessary: medicine, pharmacology, microelectronics, food industry, etc. We produce HEPA and ULPA filters, air-distributing modules of ADM type for clean rooms as well as FCCF filter chambers for installing НЕРА filters and FCPF chambers for pocket filters.

Compact high flow filters with minipleated packages of type HFMF-H (filters HEPA) are used for highefficient cleaning of air and sterilizing filtrations in medical institutions, at enterprises of pharmaceutical industry, as well as in clean premiseses of other branches of industry (microelectronics, microbiology, food and etc.). The particularity of these filters is their high air flow.

Filters are to be also used for cleaning of extract air from harmful microorganisms and radioactive aerosols at bacteriological labs, at nuclear plants etc.

ULPA filters for high efficient air cleaning of type HEF-U of U15-U16 classes

for high efficient air cleaning of type HEF-U of U-15 and U-16 classes in accordance with Eurostandart EN1822 are used for finishing (final) air cleaning in air-conditioning systems of super clean rooms of ISO 4 and ISO 3 classes according to ISO 14644-1.

Airdistributing modules of type ADM

Airdistributing modules of type ADM (hereafter “the modules”) for air supplying and distribution in cleanrooms.

Modules are installed in a structure of a clean room: on walls or a ceiling, where they are sealed then. Highly effective filters HEF (НЕРА) of class Н10 to Н14 are placed in the module.

Modules can be installed in cleanrooms of medical establishments, in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, etc. enterprises.

The filtering chamber of folded filter of type FCCF

The filtering chamber of folded filter of type FCCF is used for installation and hermetic sealing of filters of type HEF (CPF, CCF, CMPF, HFMF-H) with dimensions 592x592x292(300) in systems of general ventilation and in air conditioning of household, administrative and industrial buildings. The filtering chamber is placed in the structure of a ventilating system and is its part.

Filters HEF are manufactured in classes F6 and above and in some cases require installation of filters of lower efficiency before them. In this case, the filtering chamber of pocket filters of type FCPF (see the catalogue of "Air Filters F") with prefilters PF of required class and pocket length of up to 600 mm can be set up before the filtering chamber FCCF.

By request section FCCF can be supplied with elements for installation and hermetic sealing of pocket filters PF with pocket depth of no more than 250 mm or compact minipleat folters CMPF.

The filtering chamber of pocket filter of type FCPF is used for installation and hermetic sealing of pocket filters of type PF in systems of general and extract ventilation and in air conditioning of household, administrative and industrial buildings. The filtering chamber is placed in the structure of a ventilating system and is its part. In the filtering chamber there are pocket filters of type PF with the size of entrance 500X500 mm or 592X592 mm of class from G3 to F9 and length of pockets up to 600 mm.

Base exchanging filters of type IPF

Filters of type IPF are used for cleaning of supply and recirculation air in general ventilation and air conditioning systems from gaseous and vapour contaminants of acidic and basic origin. Filters with anionexchange medium are intended for cleaning air from acidic gases and vapours: sulphur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen bromide, nitrogen dioxide; chlorine, bromine, iodine molecular, chromic anhydride; vapours of acids: acetic and ant; aerosols of acids: sulphur, phosphorus, nitrogen.

Ion exchange filters of type IEF, CF, IEF-CF

Ion exchange filters of type IEF, CF, IEF-CF are used for cleaning air of toxic gaseous and aerosol contaminants (sulphur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, aerosols of sulphuric, nitric, phosphoric acids, ammonia, organic acids and bases, chromic anhydride, etc.) in chemical, engineering, electronic, and metallurgic industry, as well as in building materials manufacturing and in other industries.

Due to the universality and simplicity, filters of type IEF are built in, supply, extract ventilation and recirculation systems, or in the systems of final cleaning of technological gases.

Cleaning of air and gases in filters occurs as a result of chemical reactions of gas and aerosol molecules with functional groups of ion exchange fibrous medium, forming filter elements.
